The year 2020 sounds kind of far away, doesn’t it?

But it’s actually right around the corner.

An interesting study sponsored by University of Phoenix Research Institute reveals what employers will be looking for as the workplace continues to change between now and 2020.

While many studies attempt to predict specific jobs of the future, this one focused on future work skills – where we need to be proficient and which abilities will be valued, across many different jobs and work settings.
